in 2012: be happier. be more glamourous. be stronger. be more compassionate. appreciate more. tell my loved ones that they are in fact my loved ones.
Thank you to all those who have inspired me in 2011; I tip my party hat to you! To all those who are new in my life, I can't wait to continue our journey and build upon each other. As for 2011, I pop a bottle of bubbly and bid you adieu. And 2012, I welcome you with open arms!
Happy New Year, my friends, my family, and my facebook family. I truly hope that the next year brings nothing but the best for each and every one of you. Cheers! May your only pains in 2012 be champagnes. Be safe, lovies! xxoo

So long, 2011! It's been great!
I will say that 2011 has been quite an amazing year! I worked on some amazing film projects. I formed new relationships that continuously intrigue me, constantly challenge me, and are allowing me to grow. I have an amazing family, who supports and encourages me endlessly. I am so grateful to be able to live the life that I do, and I don't think I acknowledge how truly lucky I am often enough.
In 2012, I am resolving to remember how lucky I am. I am making it my goal to become a better version of myself. My new years resolution is to actually keep my resolution. Beginning tomorrow, I will be eating a primarily VEGAN diet! It is time for a renewal, a refresher. It is time for some serious life style changes. I am making it my goal to be happy in 2012. I don't want to let the little things bother me anymore. I don't want to become enraged when someone steals my parking spot at the grocery store. I don't want to pick fights with people I care about for no particular reason, other than closeness makes me uncomfortable. I want to hike more. I want to enjoy this great town I live in. I want to take advantage of every opportunity that comes my way.
I am also making it my goal to keep persevering in my career. This is the year that my dreams will come true, and I won't take no for an answer!
So bring it on, 2012! Let's make it better than 2011!
Happy New Year, my friends! May your only pains in 2012 be champagnes! Bless you all!

Jamie

#23 -- Watch AFI's top 100 movies of all time
Well! I did it! It took a year, but I have watched every film on AFI's top 100 list! I will say, that while there is definitely the most brilliant film making in history on this list, I was also disappointed in a few that made the list. I mean, obviously Wizard of Oz, Jaws, and Gone With the Wind are incredible pieces of cinematic history. Godfather was amazing. West Side Story -- DUH! Citizen Kane, I'm not a fan. Oh well! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion...
On to the next!
